Okay, so a week behind but here are the highlight pictures from Jenny's Seventh Birthday Party! We had a wonderful time with 10 children in attendance and 8 adults. She had a flower themed party with a pinata filled with girly things (necklaces, bracelets, lip gloss, candy, etc....), we decorated flower pots with paints and then planted flowers in them. We decorated paper bags to fill with our pinata prizes. We rode bikes (especially Jenny's new one)! We ate cupcakes with candy flowers on the top and opened presents. We had a lovely party and she officially turned 7 years old! Hard to believe for me. My baby girl turning seven--almost in the 2nd grade. She is perfect though!
We are still having the same stomach issues and have tried a few more things. We had some thyroid screening done as well as every possible blood test--I think. We are waiting for the CAT scan this week and also she will start this week seeing a therapist. We have been assured that if this is psychological that it is very normal for a sibling of a seriously ill child can have huge stresses and concerns. We are just moving on to try everything we can think of to help her feel better. Keep praying--I am confident an answer will come soon.
